1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CaliMaster Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by CaliMaster Pro ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

CaliMaster Pro is a web-based calisthenics workout builder and diary that allows users to create workouts, sync them to compatible Garmin devices via the Connect IQ platform, and review training data. Some features require a paid subscription.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for an extended period.

4. Garmin Connect IQ Integration

The Service interfaces with Garmin Connect IQ and compatible Garmin devices. Your use of Garmin products and services is subject to Garmin's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for Garmin device functionality, firmware updates, or Connect IQ store availability. Workout data is transferred between our servers and your Garmin device via Garmin's APIs; we do not control Garmin's infrastructure.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Pro plan subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We use a third-party payment processor; by subscribing, you agree to their terms as well. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your workout data. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal fitness purposes.

7. Health & Safety Disclaimer

CaliMaster Pro is a fitness tool, not a medical device. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Milan, Italy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
